By using our products, the School agrees and gives consent on behalf of its users to process personally identifiable information (“PII”) as set out in our Privacy Policy and Data & Security FAQs available at www.3plearning.com/privacy.
This Notice gives you information about how the personal information or PII that the account administrator provides to 3P Learning is processed.

The School may enter the teacher or administrator’s name (first, last and/or pseudonym), email and school contact information. 3P Learning uses this information for account administration, to resolve enquiries, set up school classes, and to contact the School and Teacher account users as set out in our Privacy Policy.

Parent information:
We do not collect parent information from a School. However, Parents may contact us and provide their name, contact details and the nature of their enquiry. We will respond to enquiries from parents and guardians in relation to our education programs subject to the laws that apply to us and the School. This may include referring the enquiry to the School and obtaining permission from the School (as the subscription holder) before providing a response.
Data Transfers
3P Learning companies develop and own our e-learning programs.
Schools located anywhere in the world access our learning programs online. The online data in 3P Learning programs in turn are hosted by either Microsoft Azure, or Amazon Web Services, in the physical locations of the US or Australia.
As 3P Learning companies develop and maintain our learning programs, access to data in our programs is limited to 3P Learning (and no third parties). Data is encrypted at rest, and in transit.
Your School is supported by our regional office set out in your subscription agreement. If you contact us, the information you provide in your enquiry may be referred to our global team members who are located in Australia, Canada, New Zealand, South Africa, UK and USA.
Data Privacy Breach Response Plan
3P Learning have response plans to investigate suspected or actual breach and threats to the security of Personal Information. We will notify customers upon becoming aware of any notifiable data privacy security breaches.
Data Removal
3P Learning will retain personal information only for as long as is reasonably necessary for the purpose or for providing access to the licensed products, administering the subscription and account features to the licensed products. This includes in the administration of reports, or renewals and account retrieval for School accounts.
Schools may request that 3P Learning permanently remove the PII of students, teachers and/or administrators at any time by contacting us at privacy@3plearning.com.
This removal of personal information will impact the School’s access to reports (including historic reports in certain instances). 3P Learning will not restore data that is removed by the School as the ability to do so is limited. A School request to remove personal information supersedes our data retention policy that enables Schools to access historic data for a limited time after the subscription.
Information for UK and EU Schools
3P Learning will process any personal data that you provide in accordance with standard contractual clauses under a data processing agreement. Where the School is a data controller, 3P Learning will provide the services as the data processor.
Refer to the section on ‘Personal Information – Purpose of Collection’ for our lawful basis for processing personal information provided in a School subscription.
We look forward to our work together in our learning communities.
