How to enter
- To be eligible to enter, an entrant must be:
(a) aged 18 years or over; and
(b) employed by a school located in Australia or New Zealand during the Promotional Period;
(c) does not have a current school/class subscription to Mathletics, Reading Eggs and/or Mathseeds;
(d) authorised to act on behalf of their school during the Promotional Period;
- An entrant who submits the draw will be eligible for 1 of 3 Ultimate Fundraiser and School Goodies Packs. /li>
- Only one entry per entrant will be accepted.
- Prizes will be awarded to 3 entrants selected at random from a prize draw. The winning entrants must register for and attend a demo or trial of Mathletics, Reading Eggs and/or Mathseeds by Thursday 31st March 2022 to be eligible.
- The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including an entrant’s identity, age and place of residence) and reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any entrant who the Promoter has reason to believe has breached any of these Terms and Conditions, tampered with the entry process or engaged in any unlawful or other improper misconduct calculated to jeopardise fair and proper conduct of the promotion. Errors and omissions may be accepted at the Promoter’s discretion. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights. The Promoter’s legal rights to recover damages or other compensation from such an offender are reserved.
- If there is a dispute as to the identity of an entrant or the entrant’s capacity to represent their school, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to determine the identity and the capacity of the entrant.

Winners draw dates:
- Winners will be drawn at the Promoter’s office at 3P Learning Ltd, 655 Parramatta rd, Leichhardt, NSW 2040 (or via a remote location in the event of COVID-19 restrictions) on Monday 4th of April 2022 at 3PM AEDT.

Winners draw criteria:
- The Competition is a Game of Chance. Each valid entry will be entered into the draw and winners will be selected at random.

Prizes
- The 3 drawn winners will be awarded an Ultimate Fundraiser and School Goodies Pack, each valued at $1099.00 AUD. Incl. GST. The prize pack contains a PS5 (valued at $749.00 AUD incl. GST), $250 VISA gift card, Mathletics, Reading Eggs or Mathseeds workbooks, 4 weeks free access to Mathletics, Reading Eggs or Mathseeds, a selection of stationary items (subject to availability).
- There are 3 prizes in total. The total prize pool is AUD $3,297.00 incl. GST. All prizes are non-transferable or nonredeemable for cash and must be taken as offered.

Notification of winners
- Winners will be notified by email and telephone by Friday 8th April 2022.
- The names of the winners will be published on the 3P learning website (www.3plearning.com) from Friday 8th April 2022 to Monday 9th May 2022.
- By entering the promotion, entrants grant the Promoter approval to publish their name and the name of their school publicly as part of the prize winner announcement in any media for an unlimited period without remuneration for the purpose of promoting this promotion (including any outcome), and promoting any products distributed or supplied by the Promoter.

Draw for unclaimed prizes
- In the instance of any unclaimed prizes, a redraw will occur. All remaining eligible entrants will go into the draw and winners of unclaimed prizes selected at random. This will take place on Thursday 12th May 2022 at 3:00pm AEDT at the same time and place as the original judgement, subject to any directions from a regulatory authority. The winners will be notified by phone and email by Wednesday 18th May 2022.
- The names of the winners will be published on the 3P learning website (www.3plearning.com) from Wednesday 18th May 2022 to Monday 20th June 2022.

Terms and Conditions: General
- Information on how to enter forms part of the terms and conditions. Participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
- Entry is only open to entrants employed by schools located in Australia and New Zealand. Directors, managers and employees of the Promoter are ineligible to enter.
- Entries into the promotion open on Monday 31st January 2022 and closes at 5:00pm (AEDT) on Thursday 31st March 2022 (“Promotional Period”).
- 3P Learning Pty Limited reserves the right to disqualify an entrant whose entry is not in accordance with these terms and conditions.
- While offering these prizes in good faith, except for any liability that cannot by law be excluded, the Promoter (including its respective officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the promotion.
- The Promoter collects personal information (“PI”) to conduct the promotion and may, for this purpose, disclose such PI to third parties, including but not limited to agents, contractors, service providers, prize suppliers and, as required, to Australian regulatory authorities. Entry is conditional on providing this PI. The Promoter will also use and handle PI as set out in its Privacy Policy, which can be viewed at www.3plearning.com/privacy. In addition to any use that may be outlined in the Promoter’s Privacy Policy, the Promoter may, for an indefinite period, unless otherwise advised, use the PI for promotional, marketing, publicity, research and profiling purposes, including sending electronic messages or telephoning the entrant. The Privacy Policy also contains information about how entrants may opt out, access, update or correct their PI, how entrants may complain about a breach of the Australian Privacy Principles or any other applicable law and how those complaints will be dealt with. All entries become the property of the Promoter.
