3P Learning’s stock carries the ASX ticker code 3PL.

The 3PL Share Register is managed by MUFG Corporate Markets. If you are a 3PL shareholder, you can access information and the following services online at the MUFG Corporate Markets website:

You can log in to the Share Registry to:
• enquire about your current shareholding or shareholding history
• enquire about dividend payments/ dividend payment history
• change address details
• notify or modify banking instructions, direct credit details etc
• notify Tax File Number (TFN) or Australian Business Number (ABN) details
• nominate preferences for receipt of shareholder communications such as our Annual Report.

How to log in:
Shareholders can access login to MUFG Corporate Markets here: with either their Security Reference Number (SRN) or Holder Identification Number (HIN) to verify their identity.

If you wish to trade securities and shares on the Australian Securities Exchange, you will need to contact a licensed stockbroker or online broker to arrange the transaction. There are many broking providers that you may choose from, most of whom can be found on the ASX website and in their ‘find a broker’ information.

If your securities are broker sponsored and you are wishing to make a trade on these securities you must contact the sponsoring broker. Your shares would be identified with a HIN number starting with ‘X’.

If your securities are issuer sponsored, your shares would be identified with a SRN number starting with ‘I’. If you wish to trade on these securities you must contact the Share Registry, MUFG Corporate Markets.

There is the option to view your holdings using the ‘single holding’ access icon.  Alternatively, you can create a login with the Share Registry to access additional features.

Yes, our notices of meeting are sent to shareholders by email, or by post if that has been selected as your preferred communication.

Shareholders can also view our notices of meeting on the Australian Securities Exchange website, or our website at this link on meetings.

The AGM is an opportunity for shareholders to partake in the decision-making process of 3P Learning.

At the AGM, you will be asked to vote on important issues and will be provided with an opportunity to put questions to the Board of Directors. The Board and Management encourage attendance at the AGM by shareholders, or for shareholders to submit completed proxy forms which are sent with annual Notice of Meeting.

You can still vote if you are unable to attend the AGM.

In the weeks leading up to the AGM, you will receive a proxy form, which gives you the chance to submit your vote by mail or online using the proxy voting instructions.

If you are unable to attend the AGM but would like to vote, please return your proxy form by following the online voting information, or return the completed proxy form to the Share Registry by post.

It is important to ensure your proxy form with your instructions prior to the date specified on that Proxy Form.

For Corporate Representatives or attorneys appointed under Power of Attorney, it is important to ensure your forms has been completed correctly for the Share Registry.
