Teacher Permission Confirmation for Student Images & Testimonials

Thank you for sharing how your students are engaging with 3P Learning programs. Before we feature any photos, videos or student testimonials in our marketing, we need to make sure that the correct permissions are in place.

This form allows you, as the classroom teacher, to confirm that you have collected parent/carer consent for every student featured in the images, videos or testimonials you are sharing with us.

What you are confirming

By submitting this form, you confirm that:

· You have written consent from the parent or carer of each student who appears in any photos, videos or testimonials you are providing to 3P Learning.

· Parents/carers understand that their child’s image, voice or testimonial may be used by 3P Learning in marketing materials, including our website, social media, brochures, emails and presentations.

· You understand that no student’s real name will ever be shown. If a testimonial is used, only a first initial, year level or general class reference may appear (e.g., “A., Year 4”).

· You have reviewed the content and confirm it is appropriate, safe and aligns with your school’s safeguarding policies.

· You have kept copies of all parent/carer consents at the school and can provide them to 3P Learning if requested.

· Only students with full consent appear in the content you are submitting.

Where content may be used

Examples include:

· 3P Learning websites and blogs

· Social media channels (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube)

· Printed and digital brochures or flyers

· Newsletters and email campaigns

· Conference, event and webinar materials

We always use student content respectfully and follow safeguarding best practice.
