Purpose: To stabilize the impact of COVID-19 on non-public schools including addressing unfinished learning with evidence-based approaches and assessing student learning to determine academic need.

Title I - Improving the Academic Achievement of the disadvantaged
Purpose: The purpose of this title is to provide all children significant opportunity to receive a fair, equitable, and high-quality education, and to close educational achievement gaps

Title II - Enhancing Education Through Technology (EETT)
Purpose/Primary Goal: To improve student academic achievement through the use of technology in elementary schools and secondary schools.

Title III - Language Instruction for English Learners and Immigrant Students
Purpose: To assist all English learners, including immigrant children and youth, to achieve at high levels in academic subjects so that all English learners can meet the same challenging State academic standards that all children are expected to meet.

Purpose: As part of Title IV focus on improving student achievement through producing 21st Century schools (Access to a well-rounded education, improved school conditions), there is a specific portion of funds focused on technology. Specifically, improving the use of technology in order to improve the academic outcomes and digital literacy of all students.

Title V - Promoting Innovative programs
