Feedback on the new Reports tool for teachers continues to be hugely positive, with hundreds of thousands of reports already created across the world. We are pleased to announce that a host of great new features are now available. You asked, we listened!
NEW Track student participation and improvement.
Within the new “Participation” area, teachers can now view detailed information on the activities completed by students and classes. All completed activities within the selected timeframe are displayed, alongside the students’ scores and details of their improvement over time. Participation and improvement data is available for student, class, year/grade and whole-school data views.
NEW Your reports are now print-ready.
This great new feature means your data is now fully print-ready. Simply view your required report on screen, click the new PRINT icon, walk to the printer and pick up a beautiful ready-made report. Perfect for school reporting season or parent-teacher meetings. Printable reports are available for student, class, year/grade and whole-school data views. The only thing to decide is how you’ll spend all the extra free time you’ll now have!
NEW Your data. Your dates.
Reports are now even more flexible with new functionality allowing teachers to run reports for any window of time – rather than simply “this week” or “last week”. Simply select your required date range from the menu bar at the top of the screen – it couldn’t be easier.
NEW Additional views for administrators
School administrators already have access to the data for the entire school. All classes. All students. Now it is possible to filter reports to include all classes for a specific teacher – bringing together all of their classes and student’s into a single report. Simply select the teacher’s name from the menu bar at the top of the screen.
